hubby bought it for me recently
because he'd like me to spend
more time working on popular
stuff instead of classical so
that we can spend more time
together playing. He likes to
play guitar. Although I have
been playing for a couple of
years, I am mostly self-taught
so I chose to start at the
beginning. The only thing I am
finding strange is the emphasis
on chords in the right hand -
but as I cannot play extended
runs of chords with my right
hand anyway due to arthritis
issues, I just turned it around
and out the chords on my left.
I think it is a pretty good
course if you want to play
popular music. It's certainly
worth the cost of four piano
lessons based on the
experiences I have had with
teachers, and it has the
advantage that you do not have
to move on until you are sure
you are
comfortable".

about seven weeks. i am
currently up to lesson 10. The
course is very good for
learning cords and their use
but is lighter then i would
like for playing from sheet
music. The production quality
is great and the play along
CD's are very good. I also
purchased Rocket Piano to
supplement this course but
mostly use the bonus software
and not the course
itself".
