Tips On How to Play Piano Notes
All you need for getting started with
learning how to play the piano is to recognize your own
potential.
Eventually, learning will
become fun and easy.
You will be able to play
many, many songs fluently.
You may even be able to
write your own composition after learning piano
notes!
Now that
you’ve established that there is energy inside of you, you also
need to recognize that there is something
lacking.
This is the fact that, even
with the desire to play, you won’t be able to actually do
so without first mastering the chords.
You need to identify the
basic and major chords in order to truly play the
piano.
With that
being said, here are some tips on learning how to play piano
notes.
·
There are 12 notes comprised of 88 keys (white and black keys
all included). These basic
notes include the seven basic letters: A – note, B
– note, C – note, and on down to G – note. The first
key colored in white is the C – note. You must
remember that the C – note is always the key that’s connected
in front of 2 black keys. The F – note
is the key that stands in front of 3 black keys compacted
together. An
“Octave” is from the first C-note to the next C –
note.
·
Black notes are the flats and the sharps. They are
used in various ways, depending on which side you want to
start. A (#) that
represents a sharp is the black key that comes right after the
white key. While a (b),
of course, is known as the flat. You can
recognize this one by spotting the first black note indicated
on the keyboard as you learn piano notes. Familiarize
these notes, learn them, and master
them!
·
Your lesson doesn’t just stop there. You must
realize that the C key right in the center of the keyboard is
known as the middle C. You
can spot this easily because it’s usually right below the
piano’s logo. The middle C
can function as a line that separates the left and the
right. This means
that those situated to the right of the middle C is for your
right fingers to play to play, and vice versa for the left hand
side.
·
Learn the proper fingering techniques. Once you
learn to read piano notes, you need to let your fingers play as
they were meant to play. Teach those
fingers to play as a pianist should!
