Piano songs are classified in accordance to grades.  For you to learn to play piano songs between grades five and eight, you would need to take seven or eight years of lessons!  So, you see, you can’t learn to play within a week’s time, although you can improve your learning abilities if you learn piano playing by ear.  Still, playing at an advanced level takes a very long time to accomplish!

Playing by ear is truly a great way in which you can enhance your learning abilities.  This is a great, effective method that has been proven.  Can you just imagine yourself playing a new song on your piano?  It is possible.  Once you learn this technique or method, whenever you hear a song you like on the radio, you can easily play it on the piano just by sitting down! 

 

This technique isn’t jus suited for advanced pianists, either.  It can help all players, but if you’re just starting out, playing piano by ear is a great way to learn!  Paying for lessons, on the other hand, is quite expensive.  You also have to buy music books.  If you can do without all the added costs, you can save some money.  But, if you simply want to have some fun, you’ll have a hard time coping with tedious lessons.  

 

When it comes to playing the piano, you need to have brains.  Memorization is also important.  If you can’t memorize all your lessons and don’t put your heart into it, the sound won’t be pleasing at all.  Dedication, therefore, is of upmost importance.  If you practice every day, you can improve your skills often.  Remember, it can take years to become an expert. 

 

Learn to play piano by ear right now.  This technique is one that every budding pianist should learn.  If your teacher already knows this technique, you can ask him/her to teach you.  Always be patient when taking your lessons.  Aside from learning the chords and notes, you must also study your musical pieces.
